Packaging graphics

After my discussion with Lorenzo where he talked about coming up with packaging solutions, I went back to my original statement of intent to refresh my plans, and realised that my heart was fixed on working with type and layout, and that the packaging solution would be a format I could use to present my type and layout ideas, as appose to developing newly shaped packaging. However, I do still want my packaging to be engaging and original, so I do have some tricks up my sleeve.

These are the mock ups I have so far, which I will be continually developing upto to the point of the first crit.

At this point I like the language of the 'Slay your headache one' but I like the dominance of the block of type. It effectively communicates that this a budget product and that it is what it says it is.
