Idea Development

Our concept is to get people to be more active. Exercise releases endorphins within the body which makes people 'feel good'. We are aiming the product at people who use the lift rather than stairs, people who eat crappy meals because they can't be bothered to cook something more substantial, etc, etc.

Taking into account our concept we want to create an event that is out of the ordinary and starts to get people talking and more importantly, joining in. The glastonbury research shows that people are more likely to join in and try new things and this is the place to be involved.

Our main ideas are to promote the event at Glastonbury by creating a series of posters which will be on display over the Glastonbury weekend. We thought about other forms of media but decided that this is best type of approach for people who will not have access to technology. The success of our ideas will hinge on passing public wanting to get involved in the event we hold and buying the drink afterwards. Once they taste it at glastonbury, they are more likely to repurchase after the event.

We are planning on a space hopper race being the main part of the event, and the space hoppers will replicate the fruit that goes into the drinks. The next event will be fruit bobbing and lastly we think their should be a tug of war, which will appeal more towards groups of males who often travel to music festivals.

We will only be producing the posters, not the actual event

These events will be promoted via the posters.

As a side project we are also looking beyond glastonbury and repackaging the bottle for Feel Good Drinks by incorporating a sweatband that will hold the logo and corresponding flavour of the drink the customer buys. We want them to be used during exercise or even used to wear as a taking point. It is as much about recognising the logo as selling the product.

Lastly, we also hope to include on the bottle some kind of mini booklet giving tips to the customer about how they can stay active without taking on a marathon runners routine.

Visuals will be here asap.
