Top 10 Best - Statement of Intent

I have changed my mind at the last minute as usual, and after researching into comedy I have decided it won't be the best thing for me to tackle. Instead, I have decided to produce a sequence for the top 10 premiership footballers.

I have yet to write up a list of my top 10 but I want to apply some parameters to work too as I want there to be some sort of restriction in terms of a time period to work too, instead of doing best footballers of all time. Seen as we have entered a new decade, I thought might look into the best footballers of the last decade. This would differentiate from the usual top 10 footballers which usually are from the 70's and prior.
