Badge/Logo Design

I thought I should start to put together graphical elements I want to include in my title sequence before I go to far into designing the sequence. Following on from my post on the context blog about football badges I have started to sketch out some ideas. I liked some much more than others so I took the elements I liked and started to work on them digitally. The colours are not final yet but I do want a blue and red contrast within the badge design to tie in with the classic football colours.

These show the digital development of my badge designs. The first badge didn't have the right feel. The second felt too much like the arsenal badge. The third was getting some where so I incorporated both styles for the fourth one.
