Spot varnish

This is a sample of the pattern that I chose from my development. I started out just drawing patterns that have similar curvature to a CD, then I looked at some jewell cases for inspiration and noticed the little CD holder part that holds the cd in place. I thought it was a fitting symbol to promote the product and the rest is history. I am unsure if this will be too complex for the vinyl cutter in the print resource but if all fails I'll create something a little less complex.

I plan to have this pattern cut out from sticky back plastic before sticking all the individual pieces to my packaging and erecting it from the template. I hope this works because it could look really good or really bad.
